Access to the One-on-One Meeting Scheduler is only provided to members who are officially registered and have paid their conference fees.
The Meeting Scheduler is open from now until Monday, 23 October at 15:00 hrs PRAGUE time. Delegates still schedule new meeting appointments or cancel existing ones until this date and time.
The scheduler will close on Monday, 23 October at 15:00 hrs PRAGUE time and will not reopen for consecutive days. This means that all the schedules need to have schedules printed for all one-on-one meetings scheduled for 25 and 26 October.
During the conference: All delegates will be required to pick up their latest meeting schedule from the onsite registration counter at the meeting venue on the morning of 25 October (only) between 09:00 - 10:00 hrs PRAGUE time (paper version) or they can also use the WCA Meeting App during the conference (paperless).
